Various levels of support

Support Plans are a system where you determine the level of support you require and agree to pay a monthly amount for a schedule hourly amount of time. For that commitment we provide a discount from our standard "on demand" billing rate. In the event that you do not use all your allocated hours for a month, the unused hours roll over to the next month. In the event that you use more than your scheduled hours you are charged - but once again at a discounted rate to our standard "on demand" billing rate.

Support Plans holders are provided with a formalised schedule of services that will be provided including monitoring and maintenance. Most forms of client requested work can also be charged against current Support Plans.
