Our maintenance procedures are policy driven.

We place a high emphasis on proactive maintenance. Where ever possible we want to know about a developing issue before it eventuates. To do this we offer a range of monitoring and maintenance services. When you nominate a maintenance program we have a documented and scheduled delivery system. Whether we are solving a problem or implementing a solution - we keep you up to date with what is happening. If you are using a scheduled maintenance plan you will receive monthly reports detailing who initiated the action, what action was taken, etc. We also hold periodic meetings to review the overall picture of your I.T system.
